Dear Paula,
Scott and I are so grateful that we
chose you to be our Realtor to sell
our home. Although we interviewed
four Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local
Providers that came highly
recommended before making a final
decision, I knew in the first few
minutes of meeting you that you were
going to be the right and excellent
choice.
In addition to your wonderful,
positive personality, there were two
main reasons we chose you. As I am a
big fan of HGTV, the first reason
was that you are an Accredited
Staging Professional. All the HGTV
shows stress the importance of
Staging, so we had decided it was
something we were going to have done
when we sold our home. It must have
worked since our home sold in SIX
days! The second reason is that you
had many years of experience in the
corporate business world before
becoming a Realtor. I knew that
background would help us in the
negotiation process and that you
would have a high level of
professionalism.
As we were relocating out of state
and the buyers had to reschedule the
closing date a couple of times, we
knew that every decision you
suggested us to make was well
thought out and had our out of state
move in mind. For example, once we
had accepted the buyer's offer we
were anxious to get the moving
company lined up and even have them
pack up our house prior to the
closing date - but you strongly
advised against this, until the new
closing date was pretty set in
stone, in case this sale fell
through. We needed to hear this and
your other sound advice.
Throughout this selling / closing
process, you proactively called the
needed people for updates and
completely kept us in the loop. We
received update phone calls and
emails from you at all hours - you
worked so hard to make this sale
happen and to keep us informed.
I only wish you could be our Realtor
when we buy our new home in North
Carolina!

| My wife and I have been
extremely happy and very satisfied
with Paula Ricks. Right from the
start she was very friendly, honest
and helped us out in any way and
every way possible. She always took
the time to answer any and all
questions we had and fully explained
them to us in ways that we
understood. We always felt that she
gave 110 percent and more each day
to sell our house. When looking for
a house to buy, she always made sure
that we looked at the houses that
interested us and never guided us
towards houses that she was selling
or didn’t interest us. She contacted
us almost daily either by telephone
or by e-mail to keep us updated on
everything. If you could look up
the word “Customer Service”
in the dictionary, I’d put Paula
Ricks’ name behind it because she
truly, deeply and honestly cares
about people and she loves her job.
Since moving from our old house,
I’ve already recommended Paula to at
least 3 of my friends who are going
to be selling their houses in the
next few months. If I decided to
