Ryan and I loved using Paula for our selling realtor. After having our house on the market for several months with a different realtor we were beginning to get discouraged. Scott and I are so grateful that we chose you to be our Realtor to sell our home. I knew in the first few minutes of meeting you that you were going to be the right and excellent choice.

In addition to your wonderful, positive personality, there were two main reasons we chose you. As I am a big fan of HGTV, the first reason was that you are an Accredited Staging Professional. All the HGTV shows stress the importance of Staging, so we had decided it was something we were going to have done when we sold our home. It must have worked since our home sold in SIX days! The second reason is that you had many years of experience in the corporate business world before becoming a Realtor. I knew that background would help us in the negotiation process and that you would have a high
level of professionalism.

As we were relocating out of state and the buyers had to reschedule the closing date a couple of times, we knew that every decision you suggested us to make was well thought out and had our out of state move in mind. For example, once we had accepted the buyer's offer we were anxious to get the moving company lined up and even have them pack up our house prior to the closing date - but you strongly advised against this, until the new closing date was pretty set in stone, in case this sale fell through. We needed to hear this and your other sound advice.

Throughout this selling / closing process, you proactively called the needed people for updates and completely kept us in the loop. We received update phone calls and emails from you at all hours - you worked so hard to make this sale happen and to keep us informed.

I only wish you could be our Realtor when we buy our new home in North Carolina!

My wife and I have been extremely happy and very satisfied with Paula Ricks. Right from the start she was very friendly, honest and helped us out in any way and every way possible. She always took the time to answer any and all questions we had and fully explained them to us in ways that we understood.
