What Does Home Staging Cost?

Most home stagers charge between $75 and $300 per hour. Paula Ricks understands that an open-ended hourly rate is not comfortable for most people. That's why she charges by the project. Choose the home staging package that meets your needs:

Verbal Staging Consultation Package - $149
This package is perfect for the do-it-yourselfer who wants to be very involved in the process and wants the most cost effective solution. During this two-hour consultation, you take notes as Paula explains what needs to be done to your living room, family room, dining room, entry, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom and exterior of your home. All work is completed by you.

Written Staging Consultation Package - $299
This package is perfect for the do-it-yourselfer who wants a blue print to follow. After viewing the interior and exterior of your home, Paula puts together a 5 to 10 page report detailing exactly what needs to be done. Paula reviews the report with you answering any questions you have. All work is completed by you.

Full Service Staging Package - $599 (does not include any purchases that may need to be made)
Paula does an in-home assessment. She and her staff rearrange your furniture and accessories. Any additional items needed will be purchased by Paula and billed to you at cost plus shopping time. A not-to-exceed budget will be set before any work or shopping is done.
