Brandi Ricks Purvis - Property Management Specialist for KeyTrust Properties Paula Ricks.

Prior to Brandi’s career in real estate, she graduated from Madison Central High School where she was an award winner in the Madison County Junior Miss Pageant. After high school, Brandi attended Holmes Community College in Ridgeland and was elected to the Homecoming Court. In 2008, Brandi obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.

After graduation in 2008, Brandi spent the summer as an intern at a small condo rental business in Gulf Shores, Alabama (resort communities are great fun to work in!). Brandi has been in property management for over three years with Case and Associates. She plans to continue her position as Assistant Manager at The Trace Apartments located in Ridgeland, Mississippi.

Brandi has been inspired by watching her aunt, Paula Ricks, become an award winning Ridgeland MS real estate agent. When KeyTrust Properties Paula Ricks was established, it wasn’t long before Brandi Ricks Purvis decided to become a part of their winning team.
